JBCC Cardio Kickbox class at 6:00pm is cancelled for the summer, will resume in September.
Thursday, June 30 - 9:15am & 5:30pm Harry Jerome Spin cycle classes - cancelled.
Saturday, July 2 - 9:00am Intense Body Conditioning at McDougall gym is cancelled.
A North Vancouver Recreation & Culture fitness membership or drop-in is required to attend any fitness class. Please bring your own mat for floor work. A fitness centre orientation is required prior to participating in circuit training classes.
