Tuesday & Thursday 12:10pm Pump it Up classes at Mikey McDougall gym is
cancelled for the summer, will resume in September.
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm - Outdoor YoFit with Mehroush at LVRC is cancelled until the end of summer due to low participation.
Wednesday,August 3 6:00pm-7:00pm Cardio Kickbox is cancelled,
class will resume August 10
Thursday, July 28 Cardio Strength and Stretch at Parkgate will be cancelled.
Thursday, August 4 9:05-10:05am Step & Strength at Ron Andrews is cancelled.
A North Vancouver Recreation & Culture fitness membership or drop-in is required to attend any fitness class. Please bring your own mat for floor work. A fitness centre orientation is required prior to participating in circuit training classes.
