The North Vancouver Recreation and Culture Commission, established in 1971 as a partnership between the City of North Vancouver* and the District of North Vancouver*, has been delivering recreation and culture programs and services for more than 45 years. During that time, the Commission has developed a number of valuable partnerships with community organizations. Working in cooperation with community organizations, we collaborate to serve the needs of the North Vancouver community.
