Join us for a Culture Days free workshop! Beamish Bodymind Balancing® is a movement technique focused on improving stability and mobility while increasing mindfulness. Originally developed for professional ballet dancers, the method is adaptable for all levels. We will be using breathing techniques and visualization to release unnecessary tension and focus on engaging specific muscle groups. The course can serve as a complement to other training, and for those looking to practice mindful movement.
