Wondering how to insight meditation through mindfulness? Attend this FREE 13-week class on Satipatthana—Vipassana Meditation. Meditation Instructor Sayar Myat explores how to bring mindfulness to one's life by formal sitting and walking, as well as through everyday activities. Practicing mindfulness can lower stress, and help increase patience, contentment and understanding of oneself. Classes involve guided meditation periods and as well as lecture about the practice, followed by a Q+A period. Please bring a mat and cushion to sit comfortably on the floor.
