Join us for a presentation and discussion with artist-in-residence Emilie Crewe, and the inaugural recipient of Griffin Art Projects’ North Shore Studio Art Residency Award!
Crewe’s current investigations are centered on “musical components and structure, with specific research geared towards the neuroscience of music and how our bodies and emotions respond to rhythm, timbre and contour.” Emilie Crewe (b. 1987, Québec City, Canada) is an interdisciplinary artist based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Her artwork often takes the form of video installation, single-channel video, multi-channel video, and sketch-work.
