Stream & Shore: Impacting North Vancouver’s Salmon

Join us for an in-depth look at local salmon: the challenges and hope that surround their past, present and future.

We're featuring two speakers for this presentation at the Community History Centre in Lynn Valley. In celebration of "International Year of the Salmon", North Vancouver Museum & Archives is featuring nationally recognized salmon stewardship, ZoAnn Morten along with Squamish Cultural Teacher, Tsitsayxemaat Rebecca Duncan to present on this invaluable topic. The event will feature a range of archival images from the Archives and striking modern images from photographer Fernando Lessa. Select artifacts from the Museum collection will be on display.

Event is free to attend but guests must register. Space is limited.
