Come join us for FREE Tai Chi in Civic Plaza June 18 - July 23rd! No need to register, just show up rain or shine! All students will learn the main principles of Tai Chi, a graceful and slow-moving exercise that works directly with one's qi or life force. Students will learn basic stances and postures but also an entire Tai Chi form (set of movements) in one session. It can make the strong stronger, help with stress management, and centering the body, mind, and spirit.
