Tuesdays - Jessica
As both a Yoga Teacher and a Social Worker, Jessica recognizes the value of integrating her skills and knowledge from both fields in order to support clients and students find a place of peace, strength and focus in the mind and body. Jessica Rosenfeld has her Masters in Social Work, a 500 hour SOYA Yoga Teacher Training certificate and a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma and Resilience (Langara College). Jessica has been practicing yoga all her life and teaching since 2012.
Thursdays - Annie
For the last 20 years, yoga has been a part of Annie’s life, and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more balanced and peaceful, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. She completed her first Vinyasa Flow training in 2005 with Maureen Rae Yoga in Toronto and her second advanced training with Rebekka Walker in the summer of 2017. Annie also completed two trauma informed/trauma sensitive trainings in 2018. In her classes, Annie shares her heart and always includes a dose of inspiration.
