Centennial Theatre presents Shadow of the Rougarou

The Shadow of the Rougarou television miniseries is a dark western that spins the traditional cowboy narrative of the past on its head while delivering true suspense and horror all wrapped up in a thrilling period piece. With a bit of punk rock filmmaking, Métis culture and language is celebrated as the colonial systems of a bygone era slowly crumble by the wayside. Get ready to dive into a whole new kind of western: dark, honest, and Métis.

After watching the entire 6 episode mini-series back to back totalling 45 minutes, there will be a question-and-answer session with the director, Jordan Waunch. Suitable for ages 14 and up.

Centennial Theatre
Wednesday, June 7, 7-7:45pm (showing)
