Come enjoy a movement party with your community. Fusing together exercises from all aspects of fitness, these classes will help create a strong foundation for developing enjoyment of movement in our bodies. Children must be accompanied by an adult participant. Please bring a mat and a water bottle. These classes will be cancelled in case of rain or extreme weather.
The classes are free, no registration is required.
