National Health & Fitness Day

Since 2014, the first Saturday in June has been designated National Health and Fitness Day across the country.  With a goal to make Canada the “fittest nation in the world” it’s a day set aside to encourage citizens to get out and get active in their communities.

In celebration of National Health & Fitness Day we're offering the following FREE fitness classes on Saturday, June 2
