Barre Workout 

THE hottest workout out there! You will work muscles you didn’t even know you had! This non-impact full-body workout combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and core conditioning designed to sculpt & tone your body. Light weights and the barre are utilized to create definition & strength without bulk. Set to today’s hottest music, this class is for all fitness levels. No dance experience required and don’t worry, no choreography! Just show up:)

Pilates Fusion

Pilates to the rescue! Get the benefits of Pilates and yoga all in one class! This flowing workout will strengthen your core and stretch your muscles while moving from one movement to the other seamlessly. Improved posture, flexibility & joint mobility are just some of the many benefits. Designed to lengthen & strengthen your body while sculpting your muscles at the same time. All levels welcome. No Pilates or yoga experience required. Leave this class feeling very zen-ed out.
