These classes must be booked in advance either online or by calling 604-987-7529. Registration begins at 9:00am on the Monday, one week before. The classes are free with your fitness membership, or pay per class

FREE Neighbourhood Fitness Class Pop-Ups

Come enjoy a movement party with your community. Fusing together exercises from all aspects of fitness, these classes will help create a strong foundation for developing enjoyment of movement in our bodies. Children must be accompanied by an adult participant. Please bring a mat and a water bottle. These classes will be cancelled in case of rain or extreme weather. 

The classes are free, no registration is required.

Monday, July 11 6:30-7:15am  Fitness Stretch and Mobility Flow Explore your body’s range of motion and movement in nature through a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and mobility exercises. Cleveland Park
Wednesday, July 20 6:30-7:15pm Fun Functional Fitness Whether you are new to fitness or have lots of experience come learn or improve your bodyweight exercise technique and repertoire. Great for paddleboards, mountain bikers or other physical activity enthusiasts. McCartney Park
Tuesday, July 26 4:15-5:00pm Fitness Stretch and Mobility Flow Move through traditional stretch, balance and mobility exercises. Great warm up for an evening on the water or exploring the area. Myrtle Park
