Feldenkrais: Awareness Through Movement

In a safe and comfortable environment, discover how to improve your posture and balance; increase flexibility, coordination and vitality; prevent or rehabilitate injury; and reduce chronic pain and stress. Through gentle, yet precisely structured movement-sequences and focused attention, you’ll enhance your brain’s ability to create new, more efficient neuromuscular patterns and increase your range of motion. You will leave these classes with a felt-sense of lightness and freedom in your movement, and, best of all, you will learn and develop the ability to create this for yourself.
