Melanie Dekker is a roots-pop sensation with a voice like chocolate. Her Dutch background grabs you with an easy going, quirky & energized style. In concert she intertwines vivaciously expressed stories with memorable feel-good songs. She’s got world-class guitar chops and brings a banjo on tour as well! Under her belt is the Canadian hit song "I Said I", and in 2021 she released her 9th studio album, The New Old Fashioned Way, a Christmas album Inspired by 50’s feel good tunes.
She's opened for Diana Krall, Bryan Adams, Russell Peters & Faith Hill and meanwhile has spent more of her career thus far in Europe. You can enjoy a string of popular YouTube videos which include her own wisdom tooth removal, a "Worry Gets you Nowhere" storm in BC, and a romantic run-in with a mannequin. On the most honourable note, she has received a Medal of Honour for her tours in Afghanistan and a special song, "Wounded Soldier", reminding us that love could be the bravest thing of all.

Best Lunch is a group of experienced and talented musicians who hope to seriously have fun while making amazing music. The band is influenced by jazz, rock, and RnB, and plays original music written by their vocalist, Teresa Marie. The songs they play cover themes of heartbreak and mental health, yet they still have dance-able grooves. Best Lunch aims to be in touch with their sense of childlike wonder and joy while rocking hard!
