Fall program registration
Registration for programs which run from September to December begins on the following days:
- Adult tennis - Wednesday, August 6 at 7am for North Vancouver residents, 9am for all customers
- Junior tennis - Thursday, August 7 at 7am for North Vancouver residents, 9am for all customers
Fall programs will be available to view in our online registration system at noon on Wednesday, July 23.
During the registration process, spots in programs/sessions will only be confirmed once they have been paid for. Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis according to when payment is made. As a result, we recommend processing each registration individually to speed up your transaction, particularly for high-demand courses.
Check your assessment level
If you have been assessed at level 2.5 and above, you can view your tennis assessment level in your online account. To view your level, log in to your account and click on 'activity outcomes.' If you don’t see an assessment, please call the Tennis Centre at 604-983-6483.
You will need to have your assessment on your account to register or add your name to a waitlist for any adult programs 2.5 and above and junior play-it, competitive and tournament programs.

Any player can book a court at the North Vancouver Tennis Centre 24 hours in advance (see “Book an indoor court” above). For players who want the option to book a court further ahead, a tennis centre booking card is available. The card allows players to book one court time per week, up to seven days in advance.
Booking card registration happens once per year in August. North Vancouver residents can register 24 hours before non-residents, and registration is first-come, first-served while supplies last. No cards are reserved for non-residents.

Booking card rules
One active booking at a time
Cardholders may only have one active booking. You can make your next booking once your current one has been completed.
Guest rules for booking card holders
Rules for cardholders:
- Guest rules apply to advance bookings only, not 24-hour bookings.
- The cardholder and their guest(s) must check-in at the front desk before proceeding onto the court.
- Players participating in a cardholder’s booking who do not have a booking card themselves will need to pay a $7.50 guest fee to participate.
- If a participating player has their own booking card, they do not need to pay the $7.50 guest fee.
Rules for guests:
- Guests are individuals who do not have their own booking card.
- A person may play at NVTC as a guest an unlimited number of times per year, provided a $7.50 guest fee (valid for one full day) is paid over and above the court fee for each guest visit.
- The guest fee must be paid at the time of booking by the booking card holder.
Violation of booking card rules may result in cardholders having their privileges suspended.
Summer season court bookings
Booking cards are not required for summer season court bookings. From June 15 to September 15 each year, all players may book courts up to seven days in advance without a booking card, and no guest fees apply.

We’re serving up more court booking times! Due to growing demand for court times, NVRC will be piloting expanded hours at the North Vancouver Tennis Centre from June 2025-May 2026.
The expanded schedule below is based on feedback from a December 2024 customer survey, as well as organizational resources and capacity.
We’ll try these expanded hours for one year and monitor attendance. If some of the new hours aren't being well used, we'll go back to the regular schedule for those days. The ball’s in your court—your participation will help us decide if these new hours stay for the long term!
