Choose a registration method that's easiest for you. Whether you prefer to register online with eReg, speak with a representative in our Call Centre, or drop in to your local community recreation centre, we've got you covered.
Winter Program Registration Dates
For programs which run January to March, 2018
- Tennis - Wednesday, November 15 at 7am
- Swimming - Tuesday, November 21 at 7am
- General programs - Wednesday, November 22 at 7am
The first day of registration can be very busy
With hundreds of people trying to access our registration systems, we know it can be frustrating when you can't get through or have to wait. We also know that the high level of online and telephone traffic has resulted in technology challenges that can slow the registration process. There will be wait times during peak registration and we are constantly working to reduce them. Please note: most of our programs do not fill up on the first day of registration. So take your time and remember, registration is available for most programs even after the course has started.

Register for popular North Vancouver Recreation and Culture Commission courses with ease online.
Search our eReg to select programs you're interested in. When you're ready to register, have your Log In number (Playcard number), PIN and a credit card handy. If you don't have a credit card, you can register at your nearest Community Recreation Centre.
To register online, you will need the following:
- Your Log In number (your client Playcard number)
- Your PIN (your family account reference number)
- The program barcode(s) and/or name(s)
- Your VISA®, MasterCard® or American Express®
When you use eReg, you must pay the entire balance of your account at the time of registration.
Don't know your PIN or Playcard number?
You can find your Log In number (Playcard number) on any North Vancouver Recreation and Culture receipt. Due to changes in Canadian privacy legislation, we cannot print your PIN on your receipt or tell you your PIN number over the phone. If you can't find a receipt and you supplied us with your email address when you set up your family account, simply enter your e-mail address here and our system will automatically send you your account numbers. Otherwise, visit your local Centre and show picture ID at the front desk and our staff will provide you with your account numbers.
Don't know or can't find the program barcode number?
Not all programs listed on the website are available for eReg. For these programs, you must register in person or call 604-987-Play (7529) for details.

You can find out where you are on the waitlist by calling us at 604-987-Play (7529) Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm

For personal assistance with your North Vancouver Recreation & Culture registration, just call 604-987-Play (7529) to talk to a customer service representative. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will answer your questions and help you find the right programs for you and your family members.
We're available to help you Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 pm, except for our seasonal registration days when we open at 7:00am.
To register by phone, you must have a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you can register at your nearest Community Recreation Centre.

Registration at our Centres
Drop by your local Community Recreation Centre to register for North Vancouver Recreation and Culture Commission programs. Our knowledgeable front desk staff will assist you with all your registration needs. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. It's easy–and you get a printed receipt right away.
