Race in a North Vancouver park

The City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver are pleased to provide opportunities for outdoor events, races or fundraisers to take place in North Vancouver parks, plazas and trails. Please note that approval is not guaranteed and is dependent on park conditions, availability and event suitability as per municipal park policies.

2024 events intake

When to apply
Applications for 2024 events will be accepted from October 6, 2023 to January 31, 2024. All applications must be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to the event date. Late applications will not be accepted.

To host an outdoor event, race, or fundraiser in a North Vancouver park, plaza or trail, please fill out the online application form.

City of North Vancouver events equipment request

The City of North Vancouver has events equipment available for loan and they will drop it off on-site at your event. Please note this is a service available only to public events taking place in the City of North Vancouver. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to process equipment requests. The equipment available for loan is listed in our events equipment request form.
