Summer 2021 Rentals

•  Permitted bookings will be limited over the summer and are based on the type, size and location of the rental.
• Indoor rentals will accommodate 50 participants or 50% of the room occupancy limit, whichever is greater. Bookings will be accommodated based on available space.  
• Outdoor rentals and outdoor event permits are subject to participant limits based on participant limits and space availability. 

Fall 2021 Rentals

Fall 2021 booking season for rentals will open up in August 2021.  The availability will be extremely limited due to temporary capacity restrictions & the future closure of Harry Jerome & Memorial facilities.
