Welcome to North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (NVRC)…
….your community recreation and culture services provider.
Whether you are new to North Vancouver or just new to NVRC, we are here to help you get connected to our programs, events and services so you can live a more healthy and inspired life!
Since 1970 we have been providing recreation and culture services to the residents of North Vancouver on behalf of the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver. Our mission is to build healthier individuals, families and communities. Visit our About Us page for more information.
We offer hundreds of recreation and arts programs and daily drop-in activities at our 10 Community Recreation Centres and the North Vancouver Tennis Centre and in various other venues in North Vancouver. We host local and national live performances at Centennial Theatre and support the local arts and culture community by providing resources and grants and facilitating events. We also manage the City & District of North Vancouver’s extensive Public Art collection.
