Use this form to cancel a booked visit that you can no longer attend.

For customers who paid for a single visit, a refund will be given for withdrawals made one day (24 hours) or more before your class/session. Withdrawals made less than 24 hours before the class/session are non-refundable.

Active Pass holders can withdraw from booked classes at any time with no penalty.
