Please note Youth Consultations, Get Started Consultations, Fitness Centre Orientations and Joint Rehabilitation classes are all a fixed length of time.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Personal training sessions are valid for one year from date of purchase.
  • Personal training sessions are non-transferrable.
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of that session.
