This large carved cedar panel welcomes all MONOVA visitors, and depicts the twin daughters of the Sly'am/ Chief in noble Coast Salish woven robes, standing in the space of the two mountain peaks.  One is looking west the other to the east. They have been placed in a high place of prominence and bring truth, healing, reconciliation, and peace for all humanity. The Coast Salish eyes carved around the edges of the panel represent the sacred eye of the Creator.  The design has been carved and sculpted with imagery inspired by the beauty of our local Twin Sisters Mountain, and the surrounding sky, forests, lakes, rivers, and ocean of the Salish land.
