Specific curriculum purchase may be required after the 1st lesson (piano book $10-$25). One registered time slot per week allowed due to high demand. Participants are able to sign up for a 2nd lesson if there is minimal demand and do not have waitlists. If you have signed up for multiple lessons, and participants who do not have a lesson are on the waitlist, you will be contacted by the programmer to discuss lesson options. If you cannot make a class, please contact the front desk at 604-983-6350 so this is communicated with your instructor. There are no make-up classes available and no refund after the first class.
A great opportunity to explore your interest in musical expression in a relaxed and friendly environment. Learn age appropriate fundamentals of the piano including reading, basic technique and music appreciation. NVRC piano lessons teach the musical alphabet “a, b, c” (there will be no teaching with “do, re, me”). For best experience and success, students must know the alphabet.
