GWL Realty Advisors Inc., in coordination with the City of North Vancouver's Developer Public Art Program, is seeking Expressions of Interest from practicing professional artists or artist teams, to create a public artwork that enhances the front entrance of CELO, a  residential development project at 140 West 19th Street in North Vancouver.

The vision for CELO integrates public art as a core element in the development serving to energize the street, improve permeability at the entrance plaza and connect the project within the wider community fabric.
