Trail Trekkers |
Explore North Vancouver hiking trails lead by our experienced trail leaders. Wear walking or hiking shoes / boots, appropriate clothing for weather conditions, and bring water.) Umbrellas and dogs are not permitted. |
Walking |
Get to know our local walking trails with our friendly and knowledgeable leaders. A low-cost class that encourages outdoor fitness in a friendly supportive environment. Ensure proper footwear. Bring water. Return time is not guaranteed. Group MUST stay together. Registration closes at 6:00 pm the Sunday prior. |
$2 Breathe Stretch Release |
An all-levels class that combines traditional stretch, balance, and breathing exercises aimed at increasing physiological relaxation. |
$2 Cardio Mix |
An all-levels class that utilizes various cardio fitness styles and weighted activities. Seated options available. |
$2 Guided Relaxation |
A weekly 60-minute Zen based relaxation class that focuses on stretching, breathing and quiet stillness. Participants can be seated (chair optional) or laying down on mats. |
