2025 North Shore Sport Awards Nomination

Thank you for taking the time to nominate someone for a North Shore Sport Award! Please review the eligibility criteria and fill out the details below.  

Criteria:

  • Nominee may be an athlete, coach, team, official or volunteer
  • Residency: Strong connection to North or West Vancouver. This can be described as lived or living, trained, representing a North Shore sport/educational organization during achievement being nominated for or, made a significant contribution to Sport in North or West Vancouver.
  • Sport: All nominees must be considered amateur by the definition of the national or provincial sport organization for their sport. Nominee achievements will be considered in their respective categories. Results will not be the only criteria for selection
  •  A person can be nominated in one category only
  • To award a category, there must be a sufficient number of nominations.

Please be as accurate and detailed as possible when listing your nominee's achievements and citations; adding as many items to the list as required. For example, list the local/regional; provincial; national/international; and/or university/college involvement for 2024. The selection team will use this information to determine the recipients for each award.
