Centennial Theatre is delighted to announce the latest in the increasingly popular Lunchtime Theatre series, ‘a Play, a Pie & a Pint’. The upcoming performance will be the award winning dance theatre troupe from Ontario, MOTUS O.
MOTUS O Dance Theatre is known for their energetic inventiveness and humour. For over 20 years, their unique style has garnered rave reviews and enthusiastic audience responses throughout North America and overseas.
CIRCUS TERRIFICO is a whimsical and funny dance theatre performance for all ages. We first meet our three circus performers arriving at the station to board the train to their next show. Unfortunately, having lost their tickets they end up stranded on the platform. It takes every trick in the book to raise money for new tickets. But it works! With the Station Master’s help, they make it just in time to present their hilarious and disorderly interpretations of Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake.
Performed with the signature MOTUS O physicality and humour, see how a little magic, some juggling and fortune-telling can fulfill every child's fantasy to 'run off and join the circus!'

The performance will be followed by the customary meat or veggie pie for lunch provided by the Aussie Pie Guy and a beverage of choice in the theatre lobby.
