The District of North Vancouver in partnership with Brody Development Group invites expressions of interest from artists or artist teams to design and integrate site specific public art at an upcoming residential development located in the Lynnmour area of North Vancouver. Legacy, a new 29-unit townhouse development will be located at 881 Premier Street in North Vancouver. The development is scheduled to be complete in late 2012.
The design team envisions a series of site specific art components that work together visually and thematically to enhance the pedestrian experience around the property, along the pathway, and into the adjacent community park.
