Fairborne West 2nd Homes Ltd. is now accepting expressions of interest from artists or artist teams to design and integrate site specific art at their 135 West 2nd Street residential development in the City of North Vancouver. The site is located in Lower Lonsdale on a property sloping down from Second Street to Jack Loucks Court.

Eligibility guidelines
This Limited Public Art Call is open to artists, artist teams and creative professionals who:
- are able to meet the creative, eligibility and submission criteria;
- can demonstrate the skills to manage all phases of the implementation from design to installation coordination with the design team and the construction contractors.
- can show successful completion of at least one Public Art Project with a minimum value of $30,000. (Artists who have not completed a project over $30,000 are encouraged to team up with an artist who has done so.)
