Concert Properties, in coordination with the City of North Vancouver's Developer Public Art Program, is inviting Expressions of Interest from Canadian and US professional artists and artist teams to create original site-specific public artwork associated with this new development project to be built in a new park/plaza that faces Vancouver's Burrard Inlet in North Vancouver.
The North Harbour Project will be a complete community realized over the course of four phases. The project is situated on the north edge of Vancouver's Burrard Inlet, with spectacular views of downtown Vancouver directly across the water. Fell Plaza will be part of a linear park adjacent to the waterfront. The artwork created for this location will be highly visible from both land and inlet, with multiple engagement opportunities for a diverse array of audiences, including residents and visitors enjoying the park, along with marine enthusiasts using one of the two nearby marinas.
