About the project
Over the past several months, Jordan has walked the length and breadth of the North Shore, filming the streams, creeks and tributaries that sustain our coastal rainforest ecosystem. The project has been a labour of love — Jordan has a self-professed obsession with water, and a fascination with capturing its movement as it meets light, sky, earth and vegetation.
The installation fills the black box performance studio at Centennial Theatre with tablets arranged throughout the space, each playing footage filmed among the many creeks cascading down the North Shore mountains, paired with the JUNO Award–winning composer’s own music.
