Feldenkrais: Awareness Through Movement

In a safe and comfortable environment, discover how to improve your posture and balance; increase flexibility, coordination and vitality; prevent or rehabilitate injury; and reduce chronic pain and stress. Through gentle, yet precisely structured movement-sequences and focused attention, you’ll enhance your brain’s ability to create new, more efficient neuromuscular patterns and increase your range of motion. You will leave these classes with a felt-sense of lightness and freedom in your movement, and, best of all, you will learn and develop the ability to create this for yourself. Taught by Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner Jessica Zay.
