Anthem Development, in collaboration with the District of North Vancouver Public Art Program, is seeking an artist or artist team to create a site-specific public artwork to be featured prominently at the Seymour Estates project, in North Vancouver. This Public Art Opportunity invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from all professional Artists and Artist Teams based in Canada.
Anthem Seymour Estates is a vibrant, mixed-use housing development located on Mt. Seymour Parkway at Lytton Street in the evolving Windridge neighbourhood. This family-oriented development will include a range of mixed-use residential buildings on the 2.54ha site. The public artwork at Seymour Estates will energize the public realm and contribute to placemaking within this active and growing community that includes a ski resort, two golf courses, cultural centre, range of parks, a recreation centre, university and local shopping all to be found within minutes of the development.
