The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission and City of North Vancouver are inviting Expressions of Interest from Canadian professional artists working in the public art realm, to create original site-specific public artwork(s) for the newly constructed Topo Park, in the Central Lonsdale area.  

The City will be looking for public art that enhances the public park, fosters community engagement, and reflects the identity of the local community.  The artwork should spark dialogue, inspire reflection, and contribute to Central Lonsdale’s unique sense of place.
