Room Rental Application

Use this online form to apply to rent a room in a facility at North Vancouver Recreation & Culture. If you have any questions, call the Central Booking Office at 604-983-6395 or email rentals@nvrc.ca.

How would you like to proceed?
If you would like to know the cost of a rental, we can provide a quote. A quote does not hold or reserve the space and is for information purposes only. Quotes reflect current rates and are not guaranteed.
If the space is available and your application is approved, we will reserve it for you and send a contract/permit for signature along with payment instructions. If the space is not available, we will contact you with alternative options.
In minutes, how much time is required to set-up before the event? The cost of the rental starts at the beginning of the set-up time. 
In minutes, how much time is required for taked-own after the event? The cost of the rental ends after the take-down is complete. 
Will you be serving food?
Do you need access to a kitchen? (Additional fee will apply)
Oven/stove/fridge for warming/cooling purposes only.
Will you be serving alcohol?
If yes, please note you must obtain a Special Event Permit (SEP) and are required to complete a Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training program. For more information visit: https://specialevents.bcldb.com/
Will there be music and dancing?
SOCAN and Resound fees will be applicable.
Do you require audio/visual equipment (microphone/projector)?
Additional fee will apply
Please note that not all rooms/facilities have every piece of equipment.
Please indicate how many tables and chairs are required and describe the floor plan, e.g. boardroom style, banquet style etc.
All bookings require a minimum of $5 million liability insurance coverage (more coverage may be required depending on the size and nature of your event) naming the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission, the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver as additional insureds.Third party insurance coverage can be provided.
