This outdoor class fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize total body toning. Zumba is a 'feel happy' workout that is great for both the body and mind. This class will be led by two instructors as a twist!

This workshop will start with a quick information session about wet season hiking including equipment, safety considerations, and running tips from the instructor all while going out for a guided out-and-back hike. The route will be emailed beforehand and will meet by the End of the Line General Store in Lynn Valley.
