We'll cover the main components of your workout, figure out how much work you need to do to meet your goals, and learn how to schedule your workouts effectively. We'll also develop a workout plan template so you have something to work from when it comes time to change your routine. Plan to bring a notepad and think about what questions you might like to ask.
