Fitness Studio Workout 15yrs+ Lynn Creek Wednesday 1:30-4:00pm

Customers are not allowed to bring their own fitness accessories or equipment, other than a mat.

These self-led sessions are a great way to follow your own plan towards fitness in an accessible setting. All the equipment you will need to get a full body training session is provided: foam roller, resistance tubing, resistance bands, gliders, TRX, skipping rope, stability ball, BOSU, PLYO box, and dumbbells (2-20lbs). Included with an Active Pass or pay a drop-in.
If you are unsure how to design a workout without machines, we recommend a “Get Started” consultation to work with a trainer to guide you through using the studio equipment. Email FitnessCentreServices@nvrc.ca to book an appointment.
