Three site specific language based artworks are featured on the windows of the City Library. Made of colourful vinyl lettering the three artworks are collectively referred to as the Information/Location pieces, with the following individual titles:

About the Artist
Iain Baxter& is often referred to as Canada’s first conceptual artist. He lived in North Vancouver from 1966-1978 and now resides in Ontario where he is an emeritus professor at the Windor School of Visual Arts. Among his many awards and distinctions he has received the Order of British Columbia. His works are found in the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Belkin Gallery, the National Gallery of Canada, the Art Gallery of Ontario, Museum of Modern Art, N.Y., Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Gemeente Museum in The Hague.
