This morning between 6:45 and 7am, our new virtual waiting room system did not run as expected.
This was due to a technical issue with our registration software provider, Xplor (PerfectMind). Unfortunately, this situation could not be anticipated or fixed by NVRC.
We know this isn't good enough. We have contacted Xplor's management team directly to make clear the impact on our community and get their commitment to provide a reliable registration experience going forward.
We are very sorry for the impact this had on your registration experience. We understand registration can be stressful at the best of times and do our best to try to minimize that for you. We know today’s experience did not deliver on that.
