Polygon West Quay Homes Ltd. and the City of North Vancouver are seeking an artist or an artist team to create a public artwork associated with the development of a new mixed-use project know as "West Quay" in the City of North Vancouver.

The North Vancouver Museum and Archives is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced artists/carvers working in the local aboriginal tradition to create a contemporary Coast Salish work of public art such as: welcome figures; a single or pair of poles; or, house posts for the entrance lobby of a new museum facility soon to be built in the Lower Lonsdale area.

The North Vancouver Community Public Art program is currently seeking proposals for public art projects that are created through a collaborative process between professional artist(s) and community members. Funding is available to North Vancouver non-profit organizations for projects that provide an opportunity for the public to contribute to the creation of a permanent or temporary art work or activity. Submission deadline is Thursday April 30th.

Edgemont Senior Living Inc., in partnership with the District of North Vancouver, invites expressions of interest from artists or artist teams to design and integrate site specific art at this soon-to-be constructed seniors' supportive living residence located at a prominent intersection one block from the heart of Edgemont Village. Submission deadline is October 22, 2014.

The City of North Vancouver in partnership with Squamish Nation, is seeking Expressions of Interest from Squamish Nation Artists to create and install contemporary Coast Salish public artworks along a new section of the North Shore Spirit Trail between Mosquito Creek Marina and Bewicke Avenue. Anthem Properties is seeking an artist or a team of artists to create artwork associated with the development of Maplewood Townhomes, a new residential complex located at 433 Seymour River Place in North Vancouver. This Call has been prepared to solicit responses from artists experienced with budgeting, fabrication and working with design teams. Submission deadline is July 24, 2014.

This summer, the City of North Vancouver will be commencing a streetscape renovation, and transit and pedestrian facilities upgrade project on Lonsdale Avenue between Esplanade and Third Street.
