Free & Low-cost

NVRC offers many free and low cost opportunities. Arts and culture events and workshops, fitness classes ($2 wellness), sport drop-ins, youth centres, swimming, skating, and parent and tot playtimes are just some of the examples of the free and low-cost opportunities that are available. Specialty Programs 

NVRC and our community partners offer a variety of classes that might be a fit for you or someone you know.  Some examples include: adapted swimming and skating lessons, active rehab, specialty aquatic rehab, and movement and mobility (low-impact and chair fitness classes). To learn more:

Health & Lifestyle Consultants are professionally certified and have the experience and knowledge in working with individuals of various abilities and with those who have a range of fitness goals.
