This fountain design in Time Sequence relates to the concept of time and the nature of the universe, referencing the history of log jams and the instruments used by astronomers and physicists. A series of medallions on the upper face of the building document the 28 days of the Lunar cycle.
Constructed of stainless steel, the clock has a radio controlled mechanism and a thermo-luminescent light that illuminates the dial after dark.
