Insurance Coverage

Liability insurance is required for use of any (outdoor) public recreation facility in North Vancouver. When confirming bookings our staff will discuss required insurance coverage and rates with you. You may purchase your insurance through an existing Provincial or Regional Sports Association or through the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission's group policy. If your group has insurance, you must add the North Vancouver Recreation Commission, City and District of North Vancouver and School District #44 as additional insured, and have your agents send a copy (proof) of your insurance to the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission by mail or fax.

Insurance certificate must be received by the field allocation office at North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission prior to park or field use.

All matters related to the permit (i.e. signatures, fees, etc.) must also be finalized before your group can use the park or field.
