This community public art installation features two 8-foot memory/story poles that were constructed to make an archway at the entrance to the Lynn Valley RecCentre. Artist Blake Williams created the poles which feature 330 ceramic tiles designed and painted by community participants during a series of public workshops. The project involved over 150 people including seniors from the Lynn Valley Seniors Association, teens from Argyle Secondary School and pre-schoolers from Sandpiper Preschool.
