To help ensure equitable access to NVRC programs and services for all customers, new online account requests are verified by a staff member to ensure the information provided is accurate and not a duplicate of an existing account.
New account requests will be processed within two business days. You will receive an email from NVRC staff with next steps when your request has been processed.
If you need a new account immediately, you can call our customer service team at 604-987-7529 (visit our locations & hours page for call centre hours of operation) or visit any NVRC facility.
Not sure if you already have an account or forgot your password?
If you think you may have an existing account, you can reset your password online and get immediate access to your account by going to nvrc.perfectmind.com and clicking ‘Forgot Password’.

Adding additional family members to your account
Complete and submit this form to add family members to your account. If you are adding family members to your account, they must be members of your family that live together in the same residence. We encourage adults 18 years of age and older to set up their own accounts.
Proof of address
After your new account is set up, you will need to confirm your address by showing a government-issued photo ID to customer service staff on your next visit to an NVRC facility.
NVRC requires proof of address from clients over the age of 18 to make sure our records are accurate and ensure all residents have fair and equal access to register for programs and services. See our registration frequently asked questions for more information.
