How are Registered Programs Different from Drop-In Classes

Registered Fitness Programs

A registered program is a set number of classes (usually weekly).  Participants register in advance for the complete set (all of the classes). Often, registered programs are grouped by experience and you can progress through the program e.g. Pilates Intro Level, Pilates Level 1.

Drop-In Fitness Classes

Drop-in fitness classes are one off classes you can attend on a drop-in basis. This means you do not need to register in advance and can simply drop-in to attend the class as often as you wish.

We offer over 200 drop-in fitness classes each week including both land and water-based classes. Unlimited participation in these classes is included in our fitness membership. Alternately, you can buy a one day drop-in pass to attend.
